1. Return & Refund Eligibility
You are allowed to submit return or refund requests within 7 calendar days upon receipt of your items under the following scenarios:
You are unsatisfied with your purchase
Items arrive broken or defective
You receive wrong merchandise
To qualify for return or refund:
Goods must remain unused, unworn and unwashed
Original condition and original packaging must be kept intact
Valid order proof is required for application
2. How to File a Return / Refund Request

‑ A short description explaining your return reason
‑ Relevant photos or supporting evidence (if necessary)
Our team will review your submission and send you further instructions.
3. Refund Arrangement
Once your return application gets approved and we receive your returned goods (where applicable):
Refunds will be processed within 5‑7 business days
You may choose a refund to your original payment source or store credit
The actual refund arrival time depends on your bank or payment provider’s processing speed
4. Non‑Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the below categories cannot be returned or refunded:
Beauty goods, bodysuits, face masks, intimates & lingerie, jewelry, swimwear and cover‑ups.
Products that have been worn, used, damaged, altered, or without original packaging will not be accepted for return or refund.
5. Return Shipping Cost
‑ If the return is caused by our mistakes such as defective or wrong items, Xxttee will cover the return shipping fee.
‑ For personal‑reason returns (customer dissatisfaction etc.), the return shipping expense shall be borne by the buyer.
